Pichler Tools heads south for EV Ready event

Specialist tools supplier Pichler Tools has joined a strong list of exhibitors for the imminent EV Ready event, due to be being held at Brighton Racecourse on Wednesday 25 January from 5pm.

EV Ready lays claim to being the first independent garage trade event geared specifically towards highlighting the ‘aftermarket’s response to vehicle electrification’.

“Pichler Tools may traditionally be best-known for specialist injector and glow plug removal kits,” said Steve Prince, Managing Director at Pichler Tools UK. “However, we have a huge and growing range of other products that are relevant to EV vehicles so it’s a great chance to show some.”

Pichler Tools are ardent supporters of UK exhibitions and trade shows, proving there’s still often no substitute for face-to-face demonstration and interaction to highlight their time-saving solutions.

“We hope EV Ready will be a platform for meeting progressive garages that are looking for ways to improve their businesses,” said Steve.

Pichler Tools are expected to show products including their automatic brake fluid tester which has been gaining a strong following, as well their high performance workshop heat inductor alongside suspension, wheel bearing and driveline ranges.

An EV Ready discussion panel will include Peter Melville of the Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Repair Alliance (HEVRA), author Tom Denton, Ben Stockton of Our Virtual Academy, Paul Dineen of Servicesure and Quentin Le Hetet of GiPA alongside Matt Cleevely from award-winning EV specialist Cleevely Motors and Kevin Pearce of Cedar Garage.

The panel will discuss the implications of the growing EV parc for vehicle servicing and repairs, business opportunities and how workshops can best transition into the electrified arena.
