The trusted independent networks achieved top marks when customers were asked if they would recommend the garage that had carried out their servicing, repairs or MOT to others.
The results were revealed in the latest annual Motor Codes performance report, in which nearly 19,000 customers filled out surveys for AutoCare and Approved Garages’ members.
Maria McCullough, network manager for Approved Garages and AutoCare, said: “They delivered a truly outstanding service to customers, as the latest Motor Codes Performance Report shows.”
“With nearly 19,000 completed surveys, it’s obvious that customers really appreciate the extra effort our members put into making them feel at ease, along with the undoubted expertise of the technician in our networks.
“That’s why, as well as excellent customer feedback, our members achieved a superb garage inspection score.”
Motor Codes reports an average garage inspection score of 96 per cent and praises Approved Garages and AutoCare members for their “commitment to providing excellent customer service.”
