REMA TIP TOP supports Remit Group with specialist tyre apprentice programme

Long-standing supplier member of the National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA) and supplier of garage equipment and workshop consumables to the automotive aftermarket, REMA TIP TOP has been praised for its support of Remit Group.

Tyre repair training

REMA TIP TOP is a manufacturer and distributor of tyre repair materials worldwide and, through its academy, facilitates tyre repair training in accordance with industry standards.

Over the past years the company has welcomed tyre technicians throughout the UK market to its fully equipped training school in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Fully accredited the participants leave the school certified and equipped to practice the exacting standards required to competently and legally repair tyres from passenger car and truck to agriculture and earthmover.

“The donation of a brand-new market leading Corghi tyre changer and wheel balancing machine, in addition to a comprehensive tyre repair consumable, tools and equipment package has provided the youth training centre with a valuable capital investment.”

The Remit scheme has significantly gained the full backing and approval from the NTDA.
