The German motorist who owns a Volkswagen Tiguan has sued the VW dealership he brought it from.
This is a result of the emissions scandal the car maker has been a part of since September.
The car which the motorist owns is one of the models affected by the emissions scandal.
The owner and the dealership will try to settle the case.
The lawyer of the German owner, Dietrich Messeler, said his client’s car would be impossible to resell given the scandal and the 12,241 miles the car had on the clock, Reuters reports.
Messeler has said that if his client lost the case, he would appeal it.
